Terms of service
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Fluxcut at www.fluxcut.dev, its agent connection (MCP) server, or the fluxcut-capture tool (together, “Fluxcut”). By creating an account or using Fluxcut you agree to them. If you use Fluxcut for an organisation, you agree for it too. Questions: support@agentflux.org.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate sign-up details.
- Keep your sign-in and your agent keys safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by any AI agent you give a key to.
- Tell us at once if you think your account or a key has been misused; revoke the key in Settings.
2. The service
Fluxcut helps you make videos: AI services draft a brief, script, voiceover, music and thumbnail, and you approve each step before the video is rendered and packaged. Fluxcut is in early access. Features may change, and we may set or change limits, including a monthly spend limit per account. It is currently free to use; if we introduce paid plans we will tell you before you are charged anything.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Fluxcut (goals, notes, uploads) and, as between you and us, of the videos and other output made for you. You give us permission to store, process and transmit your content, and to send it to the AI services that do each step, only to run Fluxcut for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or point us at, including footage, logos, music, voices, trademarks, and pages of websites you ask us to film.
4. AI output
Output is generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or similar to output made for others. Review every script, claim, picture and video before you publish or rely on it. You are responsible for what you publish, including that its claims about any product are true and that it respects others’ rights. Fluxcut never publishes anything on your behalf without your approval.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Fluxcut to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- make content that deceives people, impersonates a real person or organisation, or presents fabricated facts as real;
- make content that is sexual involving minors, harasses or threatens people, or promotes violence;
- make sexual or intimate imagery of anyone, real or AI-generated, or any imagery of a real person without their consent;
- film or capture websites you are not allowed to, or get around a site's access controls;
- interfere with, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security;
- resell or share access to Fluxcut, or use it to build a competing service.
You must also follow the usage policies of the AI services Fluxcut uses for your project (Anthropic, xAI, ElevenLabs, Stability AI).
6. Third-party services
Fluxcut relies on other companies for sign-in, hosting and AI generation, as listed in our privacy policy. We are not responsible for their services, and an outage or change on their side may affect Fluxcut.
7. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Fluxcut at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk, and we may change or stop the service; where we reasonably can, we will give you notice and a chance to download your videos first.
8. No warranty
Fluxcut is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of output, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Fluxcut. Our total liability for any claim about Fluxcut is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for Fluxcut in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your content, what you publish, or your breach of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for a material change, tell signed-up users by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fluxcut after that means you accept it.
12. Contact
